At Oscar Craft, we’re committed to making your custom printing experience smooth, creative, and worry-free. To ensure the best results and avoid any misunderstandings, please review the following guidelines before placing your order.


 

1. Design Submission Guidelines

 

  • Upload high-resolution files (300 DPI) in PDF, PNG, or JPEG format.

  • Include bleed margins if required (typically 0.125" on each side for print-ready files).

  • All text must be outlined or embedded to prevent font issues.

  • Double-check that spelling, layout, and colors are final before submitting — we print exactly as received.

  • Color accuracy disclaimer: Due to variations in monitors and printers, final colors may differ slightly from on-screen previews.

  • All responsibilities for copyright permissions rest with the customer.
    By submitting files, you confirm you have the legal right to use all included content (images, logos, fonts, etc.).


2. Design Services

Our creative team offers custom design services at affordable rates tailored to your needs.

  • You’ll receive a digital proof for approval before printing starts.

  • Each design includes one complimentary round of minor revisions.

  • Additional changes may incur a small fee ($10 per revision).

  • Design time may vary depending on project complexity.


3. Design Revisions & Approval

 

  • After the initial proof, you can request one free round of minor changes.
  • Final approval of the proof confirms that all design details are correct.
    Once approved, Oscar Craft is not responsible for any errors in spelling, layout, or color.


4. Turnaround Time

 

  • Basic design requests: 1–4 business days

  • Custom design projects: 5–10 business days (depending on complexity)

  • Printing begins only after final design approval.


5. What We Don’t Do

 

  • We don’t edit or reproduce copyrighted material without written permission.

  • We can’t guarantee perfect results from low-quality or blurry images.

  • We do not provide editable design files unless specifically included in your service agreement.


6. File Storage

 

  • Final print files are kept on record for 6 months for easy reorders.

  • After that, files may be deleted unless requested otherwise.

What file formats do you accept for artwork?
